Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and inspire team members.
• Attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on quality and brand standards.
• Experience in project management with skills in organizing and executing tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Full knowledge of production methodologies and digital formats.
• Financial acumen to manage resources within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures brand consistency while remaining flexible and adhering to best practices.
• Determines efficiencies in processes across studio team members based on financial and brand objectives.
• Articulates brand objectives and quality standards to team members for successful production task execution.
• Manages day-to-day operations, distributing workflow by skill set and budget to meet quality objectives.
• Communicates proactively and regularly with internal customers about task statuses and potential delays.
• Develops strong internal relationships for collaboration towards brand objectives.
• Provides regular feedback and support to align team members with brand and business objectives.
• Identifies and develops creative opportunities and contributes best practices.
• Mentors colleagues as appropriate.
