Requirements:

• Extensive experience with .NET Core development.
• Frontend architecture experience.
• Ability to identify and rectify performance bottlenecks in .NET Core applications.
• Strong communication skills for conveying architectural decisions.
• Proven experience in decomposing monolithic applications into microservices.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
• A data-driven approach to justify decisions with metrics.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with secure development practices and understanding of security frameworks such as OWASP.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies to boost Smartcat's system scalability and performance, ensuring it can handle x10-x100 increase in demand.
• Champion improvements in the codebase, applying best practices for better readability, maintainability, and quality.
• Define and refine architectural processes for consistency and ease of integration into the development lifecycle.
• Direct the initiative to decompose Smartcat's monolithic architecture into a modular system.
• Drive improvement of security best practices in architecture and code.
