Requirements:

• Bachelor or master's degree is a plus (irrelevant of field).
• Proven experience with Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously and responsibly.
• Work according to precise rules and complete tasks within set time limits.
• Good organization skills.
• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch, written and spoken; any other language used within the company network is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and maintaining advanced customer accounts and subscriptions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Processing advanced sales contracts and deals while adhering to established guidelines and policies.
• Modifying invoices to align with customer preferences and needs, providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborating proactively with other teams to identify operational enhancement and automation opportunities.
• Streamlining billing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Providing training and support for new team members.
