Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in program/project management roles, ideally with larger accounts in hospitality or related public sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality leadership or a relevant discipline.
• Native level (C1-C2) French speaker.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, develop project plans, and achieve client and financial objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong business and interpersonal skills including planning and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthening relationships with large customers and ensuring their success with products.
• Account planning and alignment of program tasks for overall success.
• Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with comprehensive reports and updates.
• Proactively communicating new features and conducting training for clients.
• Organizing projects to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of business objectives.
• Capturing custom requirements and managing client expectations.
