Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Finance, Economics or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of relevant business development experience in hospitality or SaaS.
  • Experience or knowledge in revenue management or hotel PMS & RMS software is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Comfort in using software and conducting webinars/tutorials.
  • A focused, 'hunter' mentality for soliciting new business.
  • Fluency in English and preferably another native language.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills demonstrating diplomacy.
Responsibilities:
  • Source potential client opportunities via cold calling, emailing campaigns, and industry networking.
  • Build and execute a business development plan to meet sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to maximize results and achieve challenging targets.
  • Respond to product inquiries and leads promptly.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and professional proposals for clients.
  • Organize product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Maintain detailed records of business development activities in CRM.
  • Achieve sales KPIs and finalize sales proactively.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and existing accounts.
  • Identify upgrade opportunities with current clients.
