Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
• Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive setting.
• Energetic, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player with adaptability.
• Experience in high velocity technology companies.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce.
• Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills across all channels.
• Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Outbound prospecting into new customers.
• Manage the sales process including meetings, product demos, proposals, and negotiations.
• Cultivate sales through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Understand and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Become proficient in managing sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Handle quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.
