Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or associate degree with more experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience for candidates with a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience for those with an associate degree.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience interacting with external suppliers for project requirements.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, Beyond Compare, and Document Management Systems.
• Bonus for having experience with Digital Solution Mobile Applications.

Responsibilities:

• Participates on project teams for packaging and labeling development.
• Coordinates activities with team members according to scope and timeline.
• Performs quality control checks on packaging and labeling deliverables.
• Interfaces with external suppliers for outsourced work.
• Communicates quality issues, process deviations, and risks.
• Ensures compliance with labeling standard operating procedures.
• Prepares materials for reviews, tracking changes and verifying content.
• Reports status of activities and alerts leadership if schedules are at risk.
• Ensures projects meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains Specialist Training Manual and relevant documentation.
• Trains and onboards Specialists & PCs.
• Domestic travel may be required.
