- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily, weekly, monthly tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Desire to learn new software and skills.
- Complete outreach and onboarding of influencers for campaigns and collaborations.
- Achieve quarterly based KPI’s related to influencer partnership quantities and testing goals.
- Accurately track influencer costs, orders, and agreements against budgets and SOPs.
- Act as the main point of contact for influencers during campaign execution, handling communication, troubleshooting, and feedback.
- Strategize and create influencer agreements based on cost of collaboration and determine requirements accordingly.
- Maintain and update a database and reporting of influencers, collaboration history, and performance data.
- Assist in creating campaign briefs that include brand messaging, guidelines, and key deliverables.
- Collect and track influencer-generated content for approval and repurposing on social media platforms including the processes.
- Come up with fresh ideas for influencer collaborations and content ideas.
- Work collaboratively with creative team members for creation of photo and video assets.
- Place influencers’ orders, track values of orders placed, and collaborate with the customer service team to resolve influencer order issues.
