Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a demand generation or growth marketing role.
  • Previous leadership experience managing teams in high performance environments.
  • Experience driving vertical marketing or channel based programs via field sales.
  • Experience driving multi channel, high performing, integrated campaigns to meet marketing goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in performance analysis, campaign assessment, and audience segmentation.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and ability to handle high levels of ambiguity.
  • High attention to detail, and the ability to lead and manage complex projects effectively.
  • Solid understanding of online and offline channels (such as email, social, paid ads, DM), attribution, best practices, and tracking.

  • Budget Management: Proficiency in planning and managing campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Project Planning: Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the campaign planning and execution function to drive coherent and impactful marketing campaigns across audience segments.
  • Build repeatable processes for designing customer journeys, budget, and personnel allocation.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of campaign managers, providing guidance on campaign development, best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor the progress and results of marketing campaigns to ensure they meet objectives and provide reports to executive leadership on campaign performance, ROI, and market impact.
  • Work with data teams to design and build requirements for segmentation and audience targeting.
  • Work closely with PMMs and Content teams to ensure the coordinated delivery of all elements related to campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional teams as needed to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales objectives and increase utilization of marketing content.
  • Allocate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources across various campaigns and projects.
