Requirements:

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in-house.
• Proven track record of hiring technical and product talent.
• Experience in high-growth scale-up environments.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology talent landscape.
• Ability to source and engage passive talent through multiple channels.
• Capacity to build sustainable recruitment pipelines for forecasting.
• Ability to deliver hiring targets while maintaining quality.

• Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyse recruitment data.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technology & product roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract & nurture top talent.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to identify strengths and mitigate bias.
• Maintain data accuracy & integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Analyse pipeline data, identify patterns, and leverage insights for hiring strategies.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration.
