Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and generating qualified leads.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and effective navigation at all stages.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, specifically Salesforce and its AE structure.
  • Ability to qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Health and Life Sciences (HLS) experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with the Sales and Account Management (SAM) team to develop a strategy for relationships with Salesforce AEs.
  • Engage with Salesforce AEs through communication, events, and visits to build trust.
  • Clearly communicate Kicksaw's solutions and benefits to Salesforce AEs and their clients.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team for co-marketing efforts and lead generation.
  • Ensure a smooth handover with Account Management and Delivery teams for client onboarding.
  • Tailor outreach strategies for each Salesforce AE based on their client focus.
  • Exceed quotas for referrals and closed opportunities.
  • Track referral activity for partnership strategy optimization.
