Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with Azure services.
• 5+ years experience managing RHEL downstream/compatible operating systems.
• 2+ years experience performing common datacenter management tasks.
• 2+ years experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience managing network switches, routers, and understanding BGP.
• Experience with Ansible and AWX for automation.
• Experience with KVM based VM management platforms.
• Experience with git for version control.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain infrastructure for Ooma’s 2600Hz division.
• Travel to US data centers as needed for physical tasks.
• Improve, maintain, and monitor server and network security.
• Automate tasks via Ansible to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain backups of critical systems.
• Assist customers with managing their own cloud infrastructure.
• Triage and resolve escalations from customer-facing teams.
• Participate in patching and upgrading various Linux operating systems.
• Participate in compliance audits as needed.
• Deploy and maintain monitoring tools.
• Provide documentation and training for tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation for alerts.
