Director Trust and Safety

Requirements:

• Experience crafting a detailed and safe user experience.
• 7+ years in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or related field.
• Solid comprehension of online security risks and standard methodologies.
• Experience with Law Enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to efficiently collaborate with diverse collaborators and senior leaders.
• Experience scaling operations and managing a team of 25 employees, including BPO resources.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Trust and Safety strategy, policy, and procedures.
• Lead a team focused on investigating reports of suspicious behavior and policy violations.
• Direct operations managers supervising employees and outsourced resources.
• Manage engagement with Law Enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Analyze data to track efficiency and improve processes.
• Ensure safety and wellness of the distributed team.
• Collaborate with internal teams for risk management and claims investigation.
• Monitor customer behavior to mitigate potential risks.
• Work with technology partners to enhance Trust and Safety operations.
• Advocate for Trust and Safety initiatives within industry groups.
