Requirements:

• 7+ years in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or investment banking/FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business fields; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Project management experience in managing end-to-end projects.
• Advanced skills in Excel and BI tools like Looker or Tableau; SQL preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional project management and presenting analytics.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong execution skills and adaptability in changing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data on wages for Care Professionals and partner pricing to make data-driven recommendations.
• Lead and coordinate workflows for market pricing and wage adjustments.
• Facilitate monthly reviews to share wage-related market insights with leadership.
• Design and implement performance metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to enhance care quality.
• Assist with financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Oversee relationships with external wage and pricing vendors.
• Create and present economic overviews for external reporting.
