Responsibilities:

• Analyze the lending portfolio to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Leverage data analytics for strategies on loan offerings and risk management.
• Create and deliver presentations that effectively communicate results.
• Implement actions that drive changes in KPIs.
• Conduct market research to shape the lending strategy and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with credit risk, marketing, and operations teams.
• Evaluate existing loan products and analyze customer feedback to identify effective offerings.
• Conduct pricing strategies and analyses to understand demand and profitability.
• Identify growth strategies considering life time value.
