Responsibilities:

• Work as an individual contributor initially, gaining expertise in Clipboard products and customer needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while engaging with multiple customers daily.
• Lead a sales team of 4-5 representatives, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Iterate on the sales playbook based on field experience and team feedback.
• Identify sales funnel inefficiencies and set goals for improvement.
