Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with financial software and accounting processes.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in group accounting, finance, or auditing.
  • Knowledge of IFRS.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Director of Group Accounting.
  • Analyze actual figures against the business plan.
  • Understand movements in the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and non-financial KPIs.
  • Support and coordinate group month-end closing activities.
  • Review monthly P&L and balance sheet of subsidiaries.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual consolidated financial statements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of notes for annual and semi-annual financial statements.
  • Conduct research on specific accounting topics.
  • Help improve group processes and policies with a focus on financial software and reporting.
