• Licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent with valid LLQP license.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in the insurance or related industry.
• Proven track record of top sales performance and exceeding targets.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to customers.
• Desire to collaborate with team and provide actionable feedback.
• Strong communication skills; enthusiastic about customer interaction.
• Empathetic approach, especially around sensitive topics.
• Self-starter with problem-solving capabilities.
• Commitment to personal growth and understanding of core company values.
• 1+ years experience as a Quebec-licensed advisor.
• Bilingualism in French and English.

Responsibilities:

• Become a life, critical illness, and health & dental insurance product guru through training.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers via phone.
• Address customer questions regarding their needs and specific insurance products.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to match customers with appropriate products.
• Collaborate with sales teammates to resolve complex client issues.
• Access ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
• Manage a pipeline of inbound applicants in Hubspot.
