Requirements:

• Degree/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Understanding of how web applications work, including security and best practices.
• Knowledge of Domain Oriented Design and microservices architecture is an advantage.
• Proven ability to design complex distributed applications for high performance.
• Development experience using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS.
• Experience with asynchronous programming.
• Experience in profiling and performance tuning Java applications.

Responsibilities:

• Define team objectives and project goals aligned with the company’s vision.
• Lead and supervise engineers, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met within budget constraints.
• Actively participate in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
• Collaborate with other technical leaders to align technology strategies.
• Ensure successful project execution adhering to established timelines and budgets.
