Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer focused on Customer Experience tools and systems.
• Strong understanding of building and interacting with backend REST APIs.
• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures.
• Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities for systems and processes.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests.
• Enjoyment in working within small teams in a fast-paced startup.
• Excitement about potential growth into leadership roles.
• Knowledge of mobile app development, especially React Native, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the design and implementation of features within the Javascript stack that engage customers.
• Iterating on new and existing features to improve user experience and performance.
• Actively contributing to the adoption of strong software architecture and new technologies.
• Being part of the code review process and mentoring other engineers.
• Contributing technically to projects by coding, removing roadblocks, and fixing technical issues.
• Partnering with various teams to refine product in an agile process.
• Support on-call rotation for 24/7 business operation.
