Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar is required.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Jira, ClickUp.
• Excellent level of English is required.
• PMP certification is a plus; expertise in Project Management competencies is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading large scale initiatives, preferably in B2C or food-tech.
• Technical proficiency with data management, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence solutions like Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.
• Familiarity with Process Improvement Methodologies and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong communication skills for articulating business logic to technical partners.
• Curiosity and commitment to learning, with a willingness to question the status quo.
• Effective judgment skills and adaptability to changing needs.
• Ability to process complex information and lead to actionable results.
• Boldness to take calculated risks and a bias towards action.
• Enjoy working in small teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-determined Chef Success projects from end-to-end, gathering requirements and defining scope, schedule, and resourcing.
• Build and assess project roadmaps with key deliverables and milestones.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate project details.
• Check in daily with project-dependent team members to update status and remove blockers.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams and review project prioritization.
• Oversee QA across all projects and prioritize critical operational tasks.
• Deliver against project roadmaps while balancing expectations and quality, partnering with Chef and Menu Success Manager.
• Maintain KPI dashboards related to program metrics.
• Apply analytics to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Ensure completeness of project documents.
