Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA or higher degree is a plus.
• 5-7+ years of experience in product management, specifically with consumer-facing products.
• Experience in leading strategic roadmap prioritization processes and excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency with Product Management tools including writing product briefs and performing analytics.
• Strong data-driven mindset for setting hypotheses and driving impact on KPIs.
• Experience in designing A/B tests and building frameworks for data-informed decisions.
• Experience with SQL and visualization tools like Tableau and MixPanel.

Responsibilities:

• Inform and shape product strategy and roadmap through understanding data and combining insights across analyses and research.
• Use data analysis to ideate, iterate and measure product direction and suggest data-driven product and feature improvements.
• Drive execution on key product levers that drive growth and engagement through cross-organizational alignment.
• Collaborate with the UX team to create a high-quality user interface.
• Create wireframes and collaborate with brand and designers.
• Write clear product specs and collect data on effectiveness.
