Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of local regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Recognized accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Expertise in compliance, local tax, payment, or accounting standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical skills in local accounting and tax regulations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective problem-solving and management skills.
• Fluency in local language and English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth technical support to the GBS team regarding accounting, payroll, and HR services.
• Act as the expert on local regulations to ensure operations are compliant.
• Review changes in local regulations and advise the team accordingly.
• Conduct audits and quality checks for compliance and service standards.
• Serve as a contact point for client inquiries and manage client expectations.
• Support onboarding of new services aligning with local requirements.
• Provide training on local updates and maintain a knowledge base.
• Collaboration with internal teams for cohesive service delivery.
