Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales enablement role
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering sales collaterals
  • Experience working with tech start-ups/scale-ups
  • Experience in a remote first environment
  • Knowledge of competitive intelligence and managing battle cards
  • Strong experience in instructional design and creating E-learning modules
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms like Highspot, Seismic, and others
  • Track record of successful onboarding and coaching sales teams of 50+
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
  • Creating learning management tracks for SDRs, AEs, CSMs and AMs
  • Maintain and improve onboarding paths to accelerate ramp-up for new hires
  • Maintain and enhance sales knowledge database including battle cards and pitch decks
  • Adapt knowledge to different regions
  • Collaborate with managers to structure KPIs and training sessions
  • Participate in sales calls and roleplays to provide targeted enablement
  • Liaise with Product, Legal, Marketing, Customer Services, Rev Ops, and Growth teams
