Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a minimum of two years of work or customer service related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer centric response.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training for advancement to Claim Professional.
• Handles 1st party property claims of moderate severity.
• Investigates and evaluates facts to determine coverage and damages.
• Negotiates settlements and writes denial letters and complex correspondence.
• Maintains claim files and manages inventory for timely resolution.
• Provides excellent customer service and recognizes when to refer claims to special units.
