Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP; PHR or SPHR.
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in supporting technology companies.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Experience with HR software and performance management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships across the organization.
• Experience in strategic thinking and problem resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key advisor and facilitator of people initiatives for executive leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
• Develop and administer programs to align the workforce with strategic goals.
• Consult on promotions, performance management, discipline, and terminations.
• Assist employees and leaders in difficult situations and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure policies are applied consistently and aware of legal requirements.
• Provide direction regarding federal and state employment laws.
• Deliver compensation administration and support engagement and community involvement.
• Support organizational design through job analysis and goal-setting.
• Represent the company at unemployment hearings and assist with onboarding.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions.
