Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the SaaS industry.
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Security and/or GRC is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise CSMs, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise-level customers.
  • Implement and refine a Customer Success strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Identify and address churn risks to ensure high customer retention and expansion rates.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to drive product improvements.
