Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • At least a high school diploma, not currently studying.
  • Full-time availability with no conflicting commitments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a real estate company or as a real estate virtual assistant or transactions coordinator.
  • Tech requirements include: Intel Core-i3 (8th generation or higher) or equivalent, 8GB+ RAM, 1GB hard disc space, Windows OS (7 or later) / Mac OS (10.8 or later).
  • Internet connection with at least 50 Mbps (main) and 20 Mbps (backup).
  • Technical skills: Basic knowledge of Dropbox and MS Outlook, proficiency in Microsoft Word and PDF documents, intermediate knowledge in DotLoop, DocuSign, and ZipForms.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing.
  • Draft and process necessary paperwork such as agreements, contracts, and amendments.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure transaction deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate client and transaction information in the system.
  • Work with clients and real estate agents to gather necessary documents.
  • Monitor quality and accuracy in all transactions and files.
  • Communicate updates to other departments and all parties involved.
