Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in IT security and operations.
• Strong track record in managing security risk.
• Experience leading SOC2 and similar certification processes.
• Hands-on experience in compliance, audits, and security frameworks.
• Solid understanding of MDM solutions and endpoint security.
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps processes.
• Experience in security incident management and threat detection.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to thrive in a remote-first environment.
• A passion for security and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to design and implement security initiatives.
• Lead efforts to achieve SOC2 attestation and other certifications.
• Manage MDM and security software to enforce policies.
• Oversee implementation of security tools across departments.
• Develop and maintain security policies to meet compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits.
• Drive security awareness and training initiatives.
• Stay updated with security trends to improve posture.
• Lead incident response planning and handling.
• Prepare and maintain thorough documentation for security measures.
