• Proficiency in Workable and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified technical professionals.
• Assess candidates' technical skills through technical interviews and coding challenges.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent, tracking candidate progress.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
