Requirements:

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Proven experience in multi-entity accounting and understanding of intercompany transactions.
• Strong proficiency with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP, especially ASC 606.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Manage financial operations across multiple entities, streamline accounting processes, and lead month-end and year-end closing.
• Oversee revenue recognition per ASC 606 and ensure accurate tracking of subscriptions.
• Design and implement internal controls, collaborate with leadership on financial strategy, and optimize financial systems.
