Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire customer payment and invoicing journey.
• Working with Engineering and Customer Support teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• Handling client negotiations on billing terms as part of Deal Desk Support.
• Managing invoice processes and collections.
• Investigating and resolving billing-related issues.
• Assisting with purchasing requisitions and purchase orders.
