Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Experience in statistical analyses and data mining using SPSS, SAS, Stata, or Minitab.
• Proficiency in data management and visualization tools like SQL and Tableau.
• Strong analytical/statistical skills for evaluating data.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, able to work with minimal direction.
• Ability to collaborate diplomatically and sensitively with others.
• Advanced PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and transform clinical and health data from ComplexCare Solutions platforms.
• Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling with clear outputs for users.
• Develop and design statistical analyses and reports to reveal patterns in quality and clinical performance.
• Work with various data sources including EHR and quality measurement data using tools like SAS, R, SQL.
• Create data integration strategies and enterprise interactive dashboards.
• Identify anomalies in data and conduct research for corrections.
• Monitor trends and ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA.
