Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor.
Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency.
Experience working with youth and young adults.
Leadership experience in clinical settings (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP).
Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, in addition to EMR and survey software.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Clinical Director in developing and implementing an engaging clinical schedule, including curriculum development.
Ensure delivery of clinical services according to recognized best practices.
Crisis management throughout intensive outpatient program delivery and on-call responsibilities during nights and weekends.
Maintain a caseload and facilitate weekly group therapy (minimum 15 hours).
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
Ensure compliance with regulations set by The Joint Commission and perform ongoing quality assurance.
Monitor treatment documentation for adherence to agency and professional standards.
Provide clinical supervision in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
Develop relationships with key referral sources and engage in networking.
