Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applied experience.
• 75% hands-on development required.
• 5-7 years of experience as a lead software engineer.
• Background in web development, architecture mapping, and database migration preferred.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, Symfony, C+, SQL/MySQL.
• Experience with AWS and Azure development platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Github/Jenkins and CI/CD methodologies.
• Ability to build APIs and communicate complex information effectively.
• Cross-cultural competence and experience with offshore teams.

Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality code that meets customer needs focusing on simplicity, clarity, and testability.
• Promote collaboration within the team and work closely with colleagues to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Investigate and propose solutions to design problems.
• Lead migration development tasks and participate in scope estimation.
• Follow architecture, implementation, and security standards.
• Participate in code reviews and conduct integration testing.
• Develop reusable software to expedite delivery and resolve performance issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and adhere to development processes.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers.
