• 1-2 years of experience coordinating projects within the language services industry.
• Excellent team working and communication skills.
• Experience with CAT Tools.
• Very good analytical and organizational skills.
• Resilience in stressful situations.
• Fluency in English.
• Good knowledge of commonly used computer desktop applications (e.g., MS Office).

Responsibilities:

• Manage common and complex customer requirements including engagement and service setup.
• Lead end-to-end localization projects, ensuring high-quality translations are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor profit margins within the Life Science sector.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
• Continually improve localization processes for increased efficiency.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
