Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong technical background.
• Gherkin / BDD knowledge is mandatory.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with product management tools and platforms.
• Previous involvement in product ownership, including backlog management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management, to gather and define detailed technical requirements.
• Utilize knowledge of agile methodologies to facilitate project execution, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Guide the team through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Bridge the gap between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Take ownership of the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and features aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Craft user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation to guide the development team.
• Manage the product backlog to reflect the evolving product roadmap.
• Contribute insights to enhance product strategy and customer experience.
• Identify potential roadblocks and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Maintain effective communication and engagement in a remote work environment.
