Partner Solutions Engineer II

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or other customer-facing engineering role.
• Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages.
• Basic understanding of JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies.
• Experience with Ecommerce technologies and data models.
• Experience with SQL or other database languages.
• Experience with alerting and monitoring tools and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong project management skills.
• Passion and drive to change consumer banking for the better.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for technical questions from external partner stakeholders.
• Contribute to project plans by assisting with solution design, timeline forecasting, task breakdown, and testing strategy.
• Develop integration support material and documentation for new product rollouts and feature upgrades.
• Serve as SME and point of escalation for internal and external teams facing technical challenges.
• Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with external partners to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and drive projects to successful completion.
• Provide feedback on integration strategy, potential product enhancements, and operational workflows.
