Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, technical, business, analytical or related majors.
• 5+ years of experience in buying, product management, vendor management, retail, e-commerce.
• Professional experience in negotiating with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel and data extraction through varied reporting tools.
• Understanding of multiple retail business models and their technical implementation.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguous problems.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools, MBA or MS in related fields, experience with process improvement techniques.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional projects and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the improvement in inventory availability, increasing inventory efficiency and ensuring efficient supply chain decisions.
• Take ownership of building a highly automated replenishment system and involve key stakeholders in the process.
• Develop and manage inventory forecasts in collaboration with category owners.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and optimize the end-to-end process.
• Manage inventory health and execute exit strategies for unproductive stock.
• Perform root-cause analysis on operational issues and manage the solutions.
• Own and drive the roadmap for Instock management metrics.
• Manage and develop direct reports.
