Requirements:

Independently Licensed Therapist in the United States for Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work.
Licensed and in good standing in at least one state; open to obtaining additional state licenses.
Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent.
Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders according to DSM-5 criteria.
Strong evidence-based clinical skills, empathetic listening, and knowledge in crisis response.
Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities:

Conduct therapeutically sound sessions with clients weekly or bi-weekly for 45 minutes.
Provide anywhere from 15-40 hours of weekly availability.
Create your own flexible schedule based on your individual availability, scheduled within the hours of 6:00am to 11:30pm per your specific timezone.
Work collaboratively with prescribers managing clients' medications.
