• Proven experience in clinical trial design and management, especially in oncology or personalized medicine.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical development stages.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading teams.
• Effective communication with a variety of stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design clinical trial protocols.
• Oversee implementation to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians for data analysis methodologies.
• Monitor trial progress, analyze interim results, and prepare reports.
• Contribute to clinical documents and maintain program plans throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks and develop risk management strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure transparent communication.
