• Collaboration across disciplines to launch new ideas or products.
• Conducting user research and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven skills in presenting work and workshopping concepts.
• Experience with front-end engineering constraints and collaboration with Front-end Engineering.
• Experience designing for inclusivity and diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Drive visual design evolution: Lead the aesthetic and experience of the product alongside leads, ensuring the Cash App brand comes to life.
• Shape core aspects of the design system: Build and evolve design libraries including data visualization and motion application.
• Elevate brand expression: Integrate innovative visual design and asset libraries at user touchpoints.
• Build systematically: Create frameworks, documentation, and libraries for other designers.
• End-to-end accountability: Oversee the process from concept to implementation for quality outcomes.
• Create the systems playbook: Develop comprehensive documentation resources for systems.
• Coach the creative direction: Advise on Cash App’s visual language.
