Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of professional experience using NetSuite across multiple clients.
• At least 5+ years of experience in accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Prior client service experience in an accounting and/or consulting firm.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting processes and best practices.
• Expertise with Quickbooks Online and related SaaS integration is a plus.
• Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certification is a plus.
• CPA Certification is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
• Experience working at one of the Big Four is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes for all client accounts and provide their periodic financial statements.
• Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely provision of client accounting operations, including AP, AR, Cash Management, Payroll, Tax, Inventory Control, and general accounting.
• Maintain and execute any necessary periodic accrual or other journal entries required for management.
• Follow and support development of standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Manage and mentor the junior team, supporting their ability to provide remote service.
• Liaise with clients to resolve accounting questions and handle ad-hoc queries and requests.
• Support client onboarding and implementation of accounting and other SaaS systems.
