Full Stack Engineering Manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years of managing a team of 3 or more software engineers.
• 5+ years experience as a software developer or similar role.
• Experience with React.js.
• Experience with Python REST API backends (e.g. Django, fastAPI, etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks.
• Proven experience in mentoring and developing engineers.
• Experience in hiring and recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage individual and team performance.
• Experience developing product roadmaps in collaboration with product teams.
• Experience translating Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into technical designs.
• Experience running agile sprints and backlog grooming.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4-8 Front End and Full Stack software engineers while driving projects and initiatives.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers within the team.
• Ensure development practices and standards are adhered to for solid code quality.
• Develop product quality standards and oversee release processes.
• Provide technical feedback during code reviews and be hands-on when necessary.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers for product strategy and execution.
• Partner with marketing teams to optimize website engagement and customer conversion.
• Work with customer success teams to provide tools for account management.
• Align with core product and engineering teams on launching new products.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders about priorities and improvements.
