Requirements:

• Customer-centric view with genuine interest in improving customers' businesses.

• Strong communication skills to address customer needs effectively.

• Knowledge of retail, wholesale, or CPG/FMCG industry processes.
• Experience with supply chain planning, assortment and space planning, pricing, or workforce optimization is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with passion for solving business challenges.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to close new business.
• Support new customer acquisition by ensuring potential customers understand RELEX's business benefits.
• Conduct workshops to understand clients' strategic goals and challenges.
• Present business cases using real customer data to convince customers.
• Help customers understand RELEX's business value with best practices and case studies.
• Coordinate and ensure quality of responses to RFIs and RFPs.
