Director, Business Development - Forensics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Prior business development experience in forensics consulting or related service is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of experience partnering with Operations and driving orders for consulting services.
• Network of contacts in insurance and legal industries is a plus.
• Record of success in achieving sales goals and awards.
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage with clients via multiple communication platforms.
• Proficiency in creating sales presentations using MS PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Excel.
• Ability to manage an expense budget.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within North America.
• Engineering education or practice experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing new business for Forensics consulting services.
• Drive personal sales nationally while collaborating with Operational Sales Leaders.
• Reinforce relationships with current clients through regular contact.
• Conduct a targeted number of value-added in-person client contacts weekly.
• Secure and manage forensics investigator presentations at national events.
• Participate in local marketing strategies and industry events.
• Track performance against national sales goals.
