Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in software products related to retail, security, or crime prevention.
• Experience in creating data product strategies and iterating after launch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep empathy for customers and passion for solutions.
• Technical proficiency to discuss architectural concepts with teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and machine learning models is a plus.
• Experience in startups is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives.
• Translate market and customer insights into product requirements.
• Work with engineering and design teams for timely delivery of features.
• Conduct market and user research on retail crime.
• Introduce new products/features to market with sales and marketing.
• Develop a clear vision for products aligning with company goals.
• Establish KPIs and monitor post-launch performance.
• Gather feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Communicate plans and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments.
