Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a support role, preferably within Account Management, Operations, or Customer Service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Zoom.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset to address operational challenges.
  • Strong work ethic and a 'do whatever it takes to get the job done' attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Client Success Department & Director of Client Success Operations with day-to-day tasks, including process facilitation and special projects.
  • Design and maintain custom reports on account activity and client engagement using Excel and Salesforce.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
  • Identify inefficiencies in account management processes and suggest improvements.
  • Help manage and update client accounts in internal systems.
