• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in overseas business development/management.
• Experience managing operations on a billion-dollar scale.
• Strong capabilities in marketing strategy planning and execution.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with global customers.
• Fluent in English with rich cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in product planning based on market demand and technology trends.
• Strong abilities in team building, management, and training.
• Industry experience in optical and optoelectronic products, especially lenses.
• Start-up experience of approximately 2 years.
• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin).
