Requirements:
  • Must have fluent knowledge of English at level C2.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media moderation or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook and Instagram platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging and building relationships with the online community.
  • High-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and report on social media engagement and feedback to inform and improve our strategies.
  • Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content for review.
